Dr. Badr Abdul Aati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, met today, Thursday, with Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, during his presence in Paris to participate in the ministerial meeting on Syria.

The two ministers stressed the importance of moving forward with early recovery and reconstruction projects and programs, without the Palestinians leaving the Gaza Strip, and the importance of striving to reach a permanent and just political solution to the Palestinian issue through the two-state solution and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the lines of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
