President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The official spokesman for the presidency stated that the call discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries in all areas of common interest, especially with regard to the project to establish a Russian industrial zone in the Suez Canal Economic Zone and the project to establish the Dabaa nuclear power plant.
