Deputy Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Ali Fadavi said on Wednesday that Tehran is ready for confrontation with Israel, and does not rule out a preemptive strike by the United States and Israel, after Donald Trump announced his victory in the US presidential elections, according to Reuters.
Trump pledged, during his speech he gave among his supporters in Florida, which was broadcast on Al-Qahirah News Channel, that: "We have four wonderful years ahead, we will achieve something exceptional, and make America the greatest country in the world, and we will work to secure our borders."
The new US president revealed: "We achieved unprecedented numbers in the US presidential elections, and I pledge to the Americans to work hard."
Trump stated that he "achieved a great victory in the swing states and will achieve 305 votes in the electoral college," adding, "I can now say that J.D. Vance is the Vice President of the United States."
