Walid Gamal El-Din, Head of the General Authority of the Suez Canal Economic Zone, discussed with Eric Chevallier, the French Ambassador to Cairo, and the accompanying delegation, deepening cooperation between the two parties at the headquarters of the Suez Canal Economic Zone in Sokhna.

The deepening of cooperation between the two parties was discussed, as well as the preparations for the promotional tour that Walid Gamal El-Din will conduct at the end of this month to the cities of Paris and Marseille in France, where the tour will include holding meetings with the French business community to present the available investment opportunities, especially in light of the economic zone's efforts to attract various global investments in the industrial and service sectors it targets, which are consistent with the needs of local and regional markets, in addition to the possibility of cooperation in the field of green fuel, which the European continent seeks to secure its needs for, within a framework based on previous successes of cooperation between French investments and the General Authority of the Suez Canal Economic Zone in several fields, and the meeting was held in the presence of a number of executive leaders of the authority.
