Dr. Salama Dawoud, President of Al-Azhar University, inaugurated the Program for Creating Brilliant Women Leaders, expressing his happiness with the idea of ​​the program adopted and supervised by Dr. Nahla Al-Saidi, Advisor to the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar for Expatriate Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for Expatriates, stressing that the role of women in life is indispensable, and that heritage and the present abound with female models that have played a major role in benefiting humanity, and that what we have learned from women’s leadership of affairs is that Bilqis, despite her possession of the decision, was keen to consult those around her, and the advice of Lady Umm Salamah - may God be pleased with her - was of great importance in the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, when she advised the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - to forbid so that people would do the same, in addition to the presence of Legislations based on what we heard from Lady Aisha - may God be pleased with her - as she is one of the most narrators of hadith, and he - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: "Take half of your religion from this red-haired woman."

It is worth noting that the program witnessed a large attendance of faculty members, employees and students, and a distinguished organization by the Students for Egypt family under the sponsorship and supervision of the General Administration of Student Care at the university.
