Mohamed Gebran, Minister of Labor, announced today, Thursday, good news for workers in auxiliary companies, which are "contracting companies operating in the fields of security, cleaning and food services, for the petroleum sector."

Gebran said that in coordination between the Ministries of Labor and Petroleum and Mineral Resources, it was agreed to apply the minimum wage for these workers in accordance with the decision of the National Wages Council in its last meeting.

These increases come in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to provide a decent life for citizens to face all challenges and living requirements.
