Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, inaugurated today, Tuesday, the seventh international scientific session (August 2024) for the members of the OIC Radio and Television Union.

The opening was attended by Dr. Amr Al-Leithi, Chairman of the OIC Radio and Television Union, Dr. Sami Al-Sharif, Secretary-General of the Association of Islamic Universities, Dr. Hussein Amin, Head of the Kamal Adham Center at the American University, a number of members of the OIC Radio and Television Union, a group of scholars of the nation, guests of the 35th International Conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, leaders of the Ministry of Endowments, and a number of media professionals and journalists.

The Minister of Endowments stressed that our vision for renewing religious discourse is for religious discourse and media discourse together to form a broad perspective of the objectives of the true Sharia, through interaction with the world, openness to its cultures, contact with this era, and the ability to generate answers and solutions from the wellspring of Sharia to the problems of this era and the questions of this time.
